Danielle Bregoli Pleads Guilty To "Grand Theft Auto"
Cash Me Ousside teen Danielle Bregoli pleaded guilty on Wednesday to multiple charges that stem from events prior to her infamous appearance on The Dr Phil Show in 2016.
The three charges she pled guilty to included filing a false police report, grand theft auto and possession of marijuana; two additional charges were dismissed by the state attorney’s office.
Bregoli appeared at the Delray Beach juvenile court in Florida and was pictured with her mother, and two bodyguards.
The state attorney’s office revealed that the charges related to three separate incidents when Bregoli stole her mother’s purse, her mother’s car and called the police to falsely report that her mother had been using heroin.
It was reported that her father, Ira Peskowitz, was also in attendance and allegedly asked the judge to restrict his daughter’s access to the internet which was denied.
‘My daughter is being exploited,’ Peskowitz told reporters.
‘She posts 24-7. It’s controlled by an alleged management team that promotes absurd behavior for a 14-year-old child.’
He added: ‘I am the only parent in this relationship with Danielle that is trying to see the best thing for this child.’
